Happy April Fool’s Day! It is no joke that Q1 went by so quickly. I hope this email finds you healthy and happy.
As I mentioned in my last newsletter, I’ve spent the last three years working on my book, The Voice Coach’s Toolkit. I am thrilled to say that, at long last, it is now OFFICIALLY PUBLISHED!
Writing a book has been on my bucket list since I was a child. I remember my second grade teacher, Mrs. Norris–whom I acknowledge in the book–encouraging me to write. I even have an old recording of me reading a book that I wrote in second grade!
It feels amazing to have accomplished a lifelong dream, and seeing my 80-year-old father proudly holding the book in his hands over the weekend was a priceless moment any daughter would appreciate.
As you know, one of my passions is helping clients achieve their dreams and tell their stories. This quarter has been busy with projects and clients: Another Playshop at Yale School of Management and, of course, the book’s final edits before its release.
I’d like to talk a bit more about The Voice Coach’s Toolkit, as I am thrilled about the value it will bring to the field of voice coaching: Starting this month, I will be highlighting one of the fabulous people I interviewed for the book each Monday in short reels called #mondaymusings which I will be posting on my social media platforms. I will also share valuable quotes of theirs from my interviews with them, as well as more information about them and how they can be reached.
