After witnessing first-hand the transformational power of acting techniques for her C-Suite clients, our founder observed a growing need for this specialized training within the context of public speaking.

Meet Pamela Prather

Hi there! I’m Pamela, and I am passionate about helping curious humans unlock their voices and sparkle. Throughout my 20+ year career, I’ve been an on-air talent, a tenured professor, an author, on faculty at NYU and Yale School of Drama, and a voice/dialect coach for Tony and Academy Award winning actors. Corporate clients include: Noom, Spotify, Facebook, PepsiCo, AT&T, H.I.G. Capital, The Carlyle Group, Piper Sandler, APAX Partners, and TA Associates and many others.

Today, you can find me fueling that same passion behind the scenes at Pamela Prather Coaching, where I’ve hand-picked a dream team of experts to help business executives amplify their presence utilizing an array of specialized training.

We are helping people in the corporate world gain confidence and overcome their fear of public speaking, implement strategies for clear and impactful storytelling, and learn repeatable exercises and specialized techniques that translate into success. Anissa has years of experience in project management for small businesses. She is the central point of communication for our team and our clients to ensure a smooth experience with PPC. Anissa is based in Tucson, AZ (Go Wildcats!) and lives with her husband and 2 daughters.

Victoria is passionate about helping business owners get out of the weeds so they can lead with clarity instead of chaos. With 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, both in corporate settings and now running her own agency, Victoria understands what it takes to keep a business running smoothly from the inside out. Victoria started her business two years ago after getting laid off from her corporate job, and it’s been the best “worst thing” that ever happened.

Victoria lives in Austin, Texas (Hook ’em Horns) with her husband, two kids (18 and 14), and two dogs.

I don't travel much, but I recently attended a conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where I received an award I was nominated for by my Skool community

Mendy Applegate, owner of the Honey Do Checklist, is a bookkeeper, educator and strategist. She helps entrepreneurs find the gaps causing headaches and overwhelm through practical education in business setup, financial literacy, and operations.

Catherine is a senior at Virginia Commonwealth University pursuing a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance. She has a passion for making theatre more accessible and using performance techniques to empower others to find their voice, which has led her to the PPC family. She started as an intern but has graduated to Social Media Manager and is responsible for creating and uploading PPC related content on social media.

Fun Facts about Catie:

I lived in London for 3 and a half years

My favorite musician is Amy Winehouse and my favorite song of hers is In My Bed

I have recently played Romeo in a production of Romeo & Juliet!

Sarah Nichols is an international voice, accent, and communication coach with an MFA in Voice Studies from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London. Since 2019, she has led private sessions and group workshops for executives worldwide and has taught performers in Italy, Egypt, Canada, the UK, and the U.S. She is an award-winning academic writer and has presented papers and workshops for VO Atlanta, Maryland Thespian Festival, and the Voice and Speech Trainers Association (VASTA) for which she is a current member of their Board of Directors. With an in-depth knowledge of vocal production, accent modification, and public speaking skills, Sarah currently works full-time as a Communication Coach in Savannah, GA while maintaining her own private coaching practice.

Micha Espinosa is an internationally recognized voice, acting, and presence coach; an award-winning film and theatre director; a teaching artist; and a scholar. Professor at the University of Wisconsin–Madison; she helps actors, educators, and professionals communicate with greater clarity, confidence, authenticity, and impact. Micha has taught throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa and has trained hundreds of teachers in Fitzmaurice Voicework®. She is the inaugural Artistic Director of the Fitzmaurice Voice Institute and a sought-after speaker featured at international conferences and on prominent podcasts. Her award-winning publications have expanded resources for Latinx actors and advanced culturally inclusive approaches to actor training. Grounded in liberation practices, Micha’s coaching empowers clients to connect body, voice, and message while embracing the distinctive qualities that make their voices their own

I’m the youngest of 10 children.

Michelle Lopez-Rios is a voice coach, director, and professor. Her conviction that everyone has a story and everyone’s story is important has translated to everything from creating a Continuing Legal Education course on vocal presence to teaching storytelling in the Cook County Jail. She has coached over 100 productions around the world collaborating with Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Goodman Theatre, Steppenwolf, Seattle Rep and Netflix. Michelle is based in Chicago with her husband and son.

Rockford Sansom is a communications coach, author, and professor. As a coach, he has worked with Fortune 500 executives, UN delegates, members of the US Congress, speakers in TED Talks, and actors Off-Broadway and in regional theatre. Dr. Sansom has published the book The History of Voice Pedagogy and is the is the Editor-in-Chief of the Voice and Speech Review. He enjoys empowering his clients to find their authentic selves, supporting their presence, impact, and ability to build relationships.

Fun Facts about Rockford:

I've traveled to the base camp of Mount Everest in Tibet.

I come from a family of circus performers.

I love cooking New Orleans cuisine.

Ryder is an actor, voice and speech coach (Patsy Rodenburg Associate), and leadership consultant based in Chicago, Illinois. He works with artists, executives, and others to enhance their presence, improve clarity and effectiveness of verbal and written communication, and tell epic stories. He holds a Master of Fine Arts in Classical Acting from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Certified Public Accountant and currently serves as the Voice and Speech Trainer’s Association (VASTA) Treasurer. He has taught Shakespeare and theatre crafts to incarcerated women at the Cook County Jail and young men at the Illinois Youth Center.

Maggie Surovell has provided communications coaching and accent enhancement coaching, as well as presentation workshops, to top law firms including: Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz; Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP; Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP; Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP; Debevoise and Plimpton LLP; Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP; Margret has offered similar services to major corporations, including Goldman Sachs , Andeavor (now Marathon Petroleum Corporation); American Express; Omnicom Group; Merrill Lynch; and Dossier. Margret is an Assistant Professor of Voice and Speech and currently co-Chair of the BFA Acting department at SUNY Purchase’s Conservatory for Theater Arts where she is an Assistant professor of Voice and Speech. When she isn’t teaching she also coaches actors in major motion pictures. Maggie is a certified associate teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework®.

I’m a mom of three boys, ranging in age from 8 to 21.

In my late 20s, I wrote an indie-rock musical and a play that was half in Chinese and featured enormous elephant puppets.

Cynthia S. DeCure is a bilingual voice coach, director and award-winning editor. She has taught actors and professional speakers in both English and Spanish as well as coached for film, stage and television. She has worked with attorneys and professors to enhance their presence, clarity and presentation skills. She is an educator and performer with over 30 years of experience, and brings her detailed knowledge to empower her clients to speak with presence and authenticity.

Fun Facts about Cynthia:

Loves to garden and has multiple varieties of hydrangeas and peonies.

She grew up listening to mambo and salsa from my Grammy-award-winning arranger-composer father

Audrey LeCrone is an executive communication and accent coach who helps global professionals perform more effectively when the stakes are high. With one foot in the arts as a Hollywood dialect coach and a New Orleans-based jazz vocalist, she draws on the most effective techniques from voice, acting, and performance in her corporate coaching. Audrey has worked with clients from nearly 80 countries, helping them become more confident, natural, and engaging speakers. Her coaching is warm and intuitive, helping each client find a way of communicating that genuinely feels like their own.
